If we had an insightful gov, the whole state could be ahead of the game by now, as we are, in no uncertain terms, the alternative energy capital of the world. Now that gov is running on being "green," no kidding. Time for someone new. Reno is jumping onboard, too. I'm trying to get the mayor to change the city's byline to "The Alternative Energy Capital of the World!" With the discoveries under the Peppermill and Atlantis, this is a no-brainer.
