MoveOn already fills that niche in the political ecosystem. I do not think GP should be a "loyal opposition" within the apparatus that destroys the earth and its people.
Some of the base of Libertarians are OK. Ron Paul is just another pol.

- As a syndicalist, I don't believe party politics are the most fruitful area for change, but if I must declare a party, I choose Green by default.

- What does the near future look like to you?
- The seeming ceaseless wealth of the late 20th century is not seen again. Depression sets in with many poor people just able to eat and provide shelter for their families while small minorities of a new middle class trade gold pieces and jewelry for goods and services.
