Never heard of this use of electrolysis. Most electrolysis processes require large amounts of energy. Is this one any different?

- Everyone gets along and basic necessities are worked out in neighborhood villages. Necessity becomes the mother of invention. Life gets very local. People relax. Stop running around. Spend more time talking to neighbors in the streets and walking their dogs together.
