We now have proof as published in the New Yorker magazine's article, "Trial By Fire."

Now we need to shout if from the rooftops, the death penalty is inhumane, a burdensome cost, not performed in any other developed nation, is forbidden by the Declaration of Human Rights as signed by the US.
